We are looking for multiple Digital Product Managers to join our teams in NSW and VIC to contribute to the delivery of customer centric IAG products and services. 

IAG is committed to focussing on creating a customer led, data driven and digitally enabled organisation.The purpose of your role as a Digital Product Manager within IAG and your unique contribution is to deliver a platform that will actively deliver customer value consistently and drive benefits for IAG and its ecosystem partners. This will include key technology platforms across our business as well as consistent, best-in-class customer experiences. In addition you will play a key role in onboarding of new digital businesses, ventures and 3rd party partners.

 

Role responsibilities & accountabilities

Depending on role level your responsibilities may include some or all of the following:

  • Own, develop, enable and execute product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with IAG’s Purpose, Strategy and outcomes
  • To inspire and foster collaboration with cross functional teams to deliver upon the product vision, strategy and roadmap
  • Customer and business value estimation and realization
  • Lead/ contribute to product research and external focus
  • Develop/contribute to a high performing product team  

 

Role experience and capabilities

Depending on role level the experience and capabilities we look for may include some or all of the following:

  • Experience in product development expertise and a track record of game-changing product solutions, from vision to shipped product, that have positively shifted key metrics 
  • Experience in the consumer internet and/or digital media industry, at companies whose best in class digital experiences have demonstrated rapid growth in customer adoption and engagement 
  • Analytical thinker who can gather data, break problems down into their parts and propose solutions 
  • Empathetic and curious by nature - must have the ability and willingness to walk in the shoes of others 
  • Commercial and financial acumen 
  • Humble, experienced story-teller with strong opinions held lightly 
  • Experience managing product team in a lean or agile environment 
  • Proven performance history of driving organic growth and value creation through digital product innovation based on consumer insights and rapid iteration 
  • Track record in leading high-performing, agile, cross-functional teams across a product’s development, growth, experience, design, research, and data 
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Digital Marketing, Media or Statistics
