A bit about your role

An exciting opportunity has opened for an Executive Manager – Segment Marketing Strategy who will be looking after and supporting a varied GTM for SMB and EnG through Channel partners and Direct Fiber Build for Enterprise customers. Primary accountability includes creating demand with B2B marketing channels (including digital, experiential, DM, Social, Outbound etc) and ensure conversion through RSP channel MDF programs and direct industry consultant programs.  In addition, this role will be responsible for business segmentation and industry vertical marketing strategy across all media channels and will manage the agency relationships from a B2B point of view.

To achieve nbn’s order, activation and revenue targets, this role will also oversee B2B content creation and ensuring end user and RSP channel partner engagement with content.

This role will also have people management accountability of a team of 3-4 direct reports across channel marketing and end customer marketing. This role will be working closely with the Executive Manager – Digital Strategy and National Manager– Experiential to deliver the right message, to the right end user at the right time to change their migration behaviour in a positive way.

A bit about you

Having a strong background working in client side roles developing campaigns, One-to-one communication, CRM & Data experience, messaging and Channel collateral for major services companies in categories telecommunications, finance, airlines, and insurance.  Combined with a strong experience in senior B2B marketing roles, handling complex needs, multi-channel go-to-market experience (Direct & In-direct Channel) and an understanding of Enterprise Software, IT infrastructure, Hardware, Managed Services and Cloud.

You will have extensive experience designing and building marketing demand programmes in B2B above the line, below the line and event/ experiential marketing.  You will also bring in lead generation, nurture, qualification and sales enablement.

Your demonstrated experience managing stakeholders, agency commercial and working relationships on both agency and client sides would be critical.  While your extensive experience building employee capabilities through development and streamlining of processes and governance to optimise capabilities and program delivery would be key.
