Angus Knight Group is set to deliver exponential growth over the next couple of years and is currently undertaking a large-scale transformation in the P&C function. 
Over the next few months this role is critical to the continued day to day success of people
operations as we set out on a huge period of change. 
Partner with the individual AKG businesses you will support the delivery of end to end employee life cycle solutions. The role will lead and guide three direct reports focusing on customer service through operational performance and efficiency.

    Be accountable and transparent to the Group CEO and HR consultant with respect to overall business risk, governance, contractual and performance   
    Take ownership of the day to day People & Culture operational outcomes
    Manage P&C team’s day to day performance and effectiveness
    Workforce planning 
    Assist the team with Talent managing requirements 
    Assist in the implementation of P&C strategy, projects and change
    Provide high level, timely and professional advice to management and team members, in interpreting and implementing People policy
    Assist people leaders in Performance management, IR & ER
    Ensure high performing teams that are passionate about what they do and are committed to continuous improvement and growth.
    Develop the capacity of others to perform and contribute by providing coaching/mentoring, feedback and opportunities to learn through formal and informal methods.

About you:
    5 years’ experience in a generalist HR business partnering role
    Experience in leading small teams 
    Good IR Knowledge - industrial awards and instruments, WHS and other HR legislation 
    Loves getting stuck into the day to day operational activities working at pace
    Thrives in a complex environment where relationships are key to success
    Has experienced working through transformation and change 
    Engenders a culture of achievement 
    Excellent business acumen with a strong customer focus
    Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate
