We have an exciting newly created opportunity for a highly skilled individual to join the Marketing team as Category Strategy & Revenue Growth Management Director.  This role reports to our National Marketing Director and is based at Freemans Bay & flexibly from home.

In this leadership role you will champion category strategy and revenue growth management, to unlock sustainable growth across our categories for Lion and our Customers.  You will lead the category portfolio strategy and Customer Joint Business Planning for Marketing.  You will also lead the development of world-class Revenue Growth Management, including building capability and taking the business on a journey to unlocking growth.  Engagement with Brand will be crucial to ensure both category and brand growth.  This role will also own the Marketing data across platforms including the agency relationships and ensuring comprehensive support to Sales with category data.

We’re looking for an experienced senior marketer to take on this role, someone who has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, category leadership and revenue growth management, including building capability within teams.  Strong leadership is critical in this role, so you must be a skilled coach & focussed on the development of your people.
