Project Delivery Officer/ Project Coordinator 

Synx is Australia’s premier inbound marketing agency and one of only two HubSpot Diamond Solution Providers in Australia. We combine strategy, technology and creative to help our clients scale the inbound marketing performance and business.  

They are currently growing and in need of a project delivery guru to help take charge of projects and programs. 

To deliver work they partner closely with multiple companies internationally, the role will require coordinating projects and deliverables with these companies. As an integral member of a small team, you will enjoy autonomy in this role with the ability to shape the organisation and your future development.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure end to end delivery of all assigned projects.

  • Serve as a single point of accountability for a range of project delivery and support services.

  • Implement and distribute project reports to track, analyse and escalate day to day execution of work.

  • Manage commercial and contract delivery and performance.  

  • Stakeholder management of clients, partners and our team. 

  • Continually improve the processes and costs of delivery. 

About you:

  • Thrive in agile environments and working autonomously.

  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.

  • Highly organised,and detail oriented. 

  • Able to juggle multiple projects at once.

  • Past experiences in marketing, customer support, and/or IT prefered.

  • Training in or exposure to concepts associated with project management.

  • Knowledge of HubSpot, Jira and Confluence is a bonus

Key deliverables: 

As per the job description. Update and manage all Synx key projects with clients 

  1. Also review the ways we are currently working with Jira and confluence, and what is planned with our customer portal. 

    1. Capacity Planning - with both direct and partners.  

    2. Springs and cadences 

    3. Reporting to clients 

  2. Make recommendations of what changes we should make and what “habits needs  to be covered. 

  3. Roll out changes, and training of team to hold accountable. 

  4. Hand over of new systems and documentation to the Synx Way. 

  5. Hand over of the above to full time resources once we hit “capacity.
