They are open to a full time flex or part-time Growth Marketing specialist to join their expanding team.

The role

SleepWellBaby is seeking a Growth/Performance Marketer to help build and lead a high performing customer acquisition playbook in an exciting start up environment. Our ideal candidate will be driven and have a passion for and track record in achieving ambitious growth targets.

You will have experience in managing budgets, and leading development and optimisation of targeted and effective marketing strategies, campaigns, and media channels in the parenting/baby and/or product marketing space.

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and analytical marketing mind who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Working remotely for the immediate term based in Australia, this role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and will work closely with a Content Marketing Executive to achieve team and business goals. This is a 12 month contract, full time or part time opportunity – we are open to flexible ways of working.

Key requirements:

·      Develop, implement, and optimise go to market growth strategy/playbook that meets business objectives and growth targets.

·      Establish robust acquisition framework and funnel

·      Effectively optimise marketing campaign budgets and establish best practice performance and ROI benchmarks and reporting

·      Drive split testing and support the collection, analysis and interpretation of market and audience data to identify, iterate and optimise opportunities for user acquisition, conversion, retention, and engagement.

·      Design and execute end to end marketing campaigns across the marketing mix including owned, earned, and paid media channels.

·      At least 5 years’ experience personally responsible for data-driven performance marketing and scaling tech companies or digital products/apps, ideally a successful start-up.

·      You’re a bit of a marketing Rockstar. You’ve developed successful growth marketing channels and driven demonstrable results, owning, and achieving ambitious KPIs.

·      Experience establishing global marketing channels from scratch.

·      You are data and results driven and thrive on working with analytics and turning insights into compelling and actionable strategies.

·      You’re ambitious, creative and outcomes obsessed and prepared to develop and own campaigns for new-user acquisition alongside experiments for optimizing on/off platform initiatives.

·      You have a strong understanding of marketing automation platforms and digital and affiliate marketing strategies.

·      Enjoy working in a purposeful, high-potential, dynamic start-up, working collaboratively across disciplines and wearing many hats.

·      You’re curious, a problem solver and be passionate about our end users – our parents, their babies and their families.

·      Last but not least, you’re an excellent communicator and collaborator with experience in cross functional working.
