What will your typical day look like?

You’ll actively contribute to the Firm’s 3 year People Strategy and Total Reward value proposition, by supporting the ongoing transformation of our Reward programs, and enhance our Employee Experience as we continue to make Deloitte a Great Place to Work! You’ll join a specialist team of Performance, Reward and Employee Experience practitioners who work collaboratively with HR Partners, key business stakeholders and HR Centres of Expertise in shaping our culture and embedding continuous improvements across the Firm. You’ll take ownership of total reward operations, remuneration data management and reporting. You’ll also use your compensation consulting skills to advise stakeholders with internal and external market data. You’ll harness the power of our remuneration, benefits, survey and recognition vendors and be the first level responder (after our chatbot HR virtual assistant!) to use a CRM to fulfill employee queries about their employee experience. You’ll play a key role in advising on remuneration strategy and structure for the thousands of Graduates and Vacationers who join the Firm each year.

Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About You.

You’re someone with: Total Reward experience having focused on, remuneration and benefits. Experience with health and wellbeing offerings would also be advantageous. An openness to branch out into enhancing the broader employee experience, focused on employee engagement, continuous listening and HR tech innovations like Virtual Assistants, Chatbots and AI. Experience in supporting the design, development and implementation of remuneration strategies.

Experience with benchmarking and interpretation of external market data and an ability contribute to recrafting our job architecture framework, accommodating traditional and emerging specialist career pathways and set our market-driven remuneration ranges from which you can perform deep analytics and advise business leaders. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Remuneration technology administration experience, ideally SAP SuccessFactors. Deep involvement in supporting complex remuneration reviews would be beneficial Experience building Reward dashboards ideally in Tableau and manipulating data with excel to draw out insights will be highly regarded, as well as an interest in inclusion, fairness and employee recognition.
