We're thrilled to be recruiting for one of our all-time favourite agencies.

This is a 9 month contract, can be done 5 days flex or 4 days.

Reports to:                                Head of Partnerships

Overall Objective:                     To own client relationships and manage the execution  of campaigns and partnerships.

Contract Period:                       Full-time (5 days) or part-time (4 days) role for 9 month maternity cover from 27th July 2021.

Key to this role:

·       Having a high attention to detail (in the processes and management of bespoke and projects with nuanced products.)

·       Being well-presented for clients (personable in nature, professional in tone. Able to instill confidence in them.)

·       Good time management skills (juggling multiple projects at any one time with multiple deadlines.)

Responsibilities:

 Client Service & Relationship Management:

·       Overall day-to-day relationship management and acting like a consultant to a client, being an expert and ‘trusted advisor’

·       Gain an intimate knowledge of the client’s products and category, trends and competitor set for strategic growth

·       Exercise strong client-service skills in liaising with clients on the execution of their campaigns on a day-to-day basis

·       Working with Commercial & Ops teams to understand the best way to implement and manage a campaign/partnership, optmising and pivoting where needed to deliver success

·       Proactively looking for growth opportunities with key clients, actively contributing to achieving quarterly agency targets

·       Working with Client Leads to maintain and grow clients to partnerships

·       Tracking budgets, completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget

·     Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively, strategically and operationally – always anchoring in what’s the best for our clients, for our community and for our business.

·     Help build Social Soup as the expert and go-to for brands who want to make an impact and use influence to put good into the world

 

Campaign Management

·       Implement end-to-end campaign production across all tiers of influence campaigns – from everyday sampling or nanos to micro and high tier influencers. This includes full accountability in ensuring all parts of the business are clearly briefed and delivering on time and within budget

·       Know each campaign objective and KPIs in detail and track against targets

·       Manage, implement and then monitor / moderate campaign requirements from managing pack sends, monitoring posts and results tracking, briefing influencers (where necessary), wrapping up campaign

·       Broad understanding of Social Media platforms and Paid amplification

·       Time & priorities management, a curious mind and attention to detail is critical in the success of our campaigns and client relationships

·     Work with tech and operations team to conduct any checks or testing on App, Projects and Comms

·     Be proactive – constantly use learnings and best practice to suggest changes in campaign process, briefing, communication, and relationship management to ensure a happy thriving Social Soup community whilst still delivering to client objectives

 

Insights & Optimisation

·       Regular reporting, extracting insights and recommending optimisations.

·       Partnering with research team for additional insights and recommendations

·       Being able to analyse results and pull insights that can lead to future opportunities for clients and campaigns

·       Sharing relevant insights and recommendations with clients to position yourself as expert
