Community Manager

This is a role across 4-5 days a week – we’re flexible, let’s chat.

 

Reports to:                               Operations and Analytics Director                                                                                  

Overall Objective:                     Deliver, track and grow community happiness, engagement and success. Copywriting to support smooth campaign experience

Key to this role:

·       Flexibility: able to respond quickly to the unexpected

·       Time management: work on multiple projects concurrently

·       Curiosity: seeking to understand the community, seek new ways to engage and delight them

·       Strategic: strong in identifying opportunities and planning for community success

About the role:

Community Management

·       Be the voice of the Social Soup community

·       Maintaining and managing the Social Soup community experience

·       Driving community acquisition strategies, including building the Creator Community at Social Soup

·       Support campaign recruitment through outreaching to Instagram Creators (not already in the Social Soup Community) for specific campaigns and niche categories of influence 

·       Working collaboratively across teams to identify and implement efficient ways to solve community issues

·       Responding to community queries via HelpScout (email support platform)

·       Managing HelpScout with community support coordinators to ensure community queries are replied in responsive and helpful manner

Social Media Management

·       Being the voice for Social Soup across social channels to foster community love and engagement

·       Developing and implementing social media strategy

·       Managing and curating Social Soup’s social media calendar

Communications & Copywriting

·       Deliver Copywriting for campaigns to support smooth campaign experience.

·       Quality control of copy that has been written 

Insights & Analytics

·       Track, report and optimise on:

o   community health, happiness and growth, a

o   community engagement and performance

o   social channels’ health
