Ento are hiring and on the hunt for an inspiring Sales Manager to supercharge our Mid-Market team! 

Ento is on a huge upward trajectory and as we keep pushing into new markets they are looking to connect with amazing candidates with the ability to guide our Mid-Market Sales team to even greater success. 

Someone who likes the player/coach role will probably do well, leading from the front and galvanising the team.

Ento is a Series B, SaaS startup, HQ’d in Melbourne with a growing Sydney team, building end-to-end workforce management software in what’s currently a highly fragmented HR landscape.

The role!

If you'd been here last week

    • Driven sales results through Mid-Market Account Executives and Sales Development Reps
    • Developed and executed targeted sales strategies and plans to hit targets
    • Developed and led internal sales training and a continuous improvement cultureDriven adherence to process and best practices
    • Facilitate a couple of different sales meetings (win/loss, customer feedback, monthly retros) 
    • Worked with our Head of Sales to create and execute the Mid-Market operational strategies to grow revenue
    • Developed and delivered accurate sales forecasts in line with business objectives; managed and controlled sales pipelines, funnel and sales processes and sales reporting
    • Supported your Mid-Market Sales team in day to day operations including, executive support on deals, creating close/win strategies, client negotiations and leveraging internal resources to support team outcomes

What you'll need

    • Experience leading a successful software sales team. They don't have to be big teams but some demonstrable experience of leading people will be key.
    • Solution selling on complex, multi-stakeholder deals 
    • Developing and delivering sales training
    • Experience with 2-5 month deal cycle time
    • Executive level reporting capabilities
    • Deep knowledge of SaaS products and SaaS businesses
