Puffling are pleased to be working with the Pure Profile team to recruit a part-time Head of Talent + Culture. An amazing team, a fantastic global business on a strong growth trajectory and a listed ASX business.

Core purpose: The Head of Talent & Culture has overall responsibility for global human resources, including the development of policies and programs for the group.  This role is supported by a full time Talent & Culture Manager.

Role Functionality:

Strategy

Planning and management

●      Support the CEO and executive team with the corporate strategic and operational plan ensuring that the T&C strategy aligns with company goals and vision.

Operations

People operations

●      Develop the recruitment strategy for the global business

●      Responsible for employee on-boarding and off-boarding globally, ensuring Talent and Culture deliver an exceptional experience

●      Responsible for supporting the group with employee relations issues

●      Responsible for the annual calendar of global Talent & Culture initiatives including engagement surveys, remuneration reporting and reviews, performance and capability reviews, success and development planning, succession and workforce planning, and learning and development.

●      Responsible for health, safety and wellbeing across the group

●      Develop and maintain People policies as required

Training

●      Develop Learning and Development program globally

Business Partnering

●      Provide high quality advice and support to key stakeholders at all times

Culture

●      Develop culture projects and initiatives.

●      Be an ambassador for our  values

Business support

Information Technology

●      Work with the Talent & Culture Manager and  IT team to deliver the best on-boarding and off-boarding experiences for our employees

Administration

●      Responsibility for the integrity of  BambooHRIS, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date at all times

●      Responsible for the review and quality of employee contracts, ensuring all global employees have up to date contracts in place that meet employment laws in each region.

●      Develop employee benefits programme globally

Accounting and finance

●      Purchase within given authority and following all required accounting processes

●      Work with the Finance team to manage audit requests and monthly payroll

Facilities management

●      Responsible for the  OHS requirements for the Sydney office, including first aid, fire training etc

Legal and compliance

●      Conduct regular audits of contracts to ensure we are meeting employment standards in each region.

●      Remain aware of all relevant employment legislation and make internal changes as required

●      Work with T&C Manager on  visa requirements globally for staff
