We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Accounts Officer to join our growing team. Your role

As a Senior Accounts Officer you’ll be working as a member of our Corporate Services team under the leadership of our Group Chief Financial Officer.

Duties and activities

1.     Manage the Accounts Payable function including supplier invoice and credit card processing, conducting payment runs, vendor account reconciliations and management of internal and external queries.

2.     Drive the Accounts Receivable function, including efficient processing of customer invoices and statements and responding to debtor queries in an efficient manner.

3.     Processing payroll, including timesheets, overtime, shift loading and commissions for over 150 staff and growing.

4.     Continue to evolve and improve processes and documentation.

Skills/Qualifications

 

We require You to have the right skills and maintain professional qualifications for the role covering: 

●       5 years’ minimum experience in a similar role

●       Experience with Microsoft Office is required
