They are looking for an experienced remuneration & benefits specialist to join our Experience & Culture team to oversee, manage and administer remuneration, performance and benefits across Lendi Group.

Position Purpose

The Performance, Remuneration and Benefits Specialist plays a critical role to ensure Lendi Group’s Remuneration and Benefits offerings are fit for purpose and enables the attraction and retention of Lendi Group employees. The purpose of this role is to support both the design and implementation of effective performance and reward frameworks providing hands-on remuneration analysis, insights and delivering initiatives in partnership with business partners and stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities ● Support the design and manage the implementation of effective remuneration policies, strategies, frameworks and ongoing governance to ensure remuneration practices are aligned to Lendi Group’s goals and strategies. ● Design and implementation of the new performance review framework to support a high performance culture. ● Manage the regular review of salaries, including the support of the remuneration strategy for Executive team consideration, job matching with external and internal remuneration data, analysis and reporting of insights,, leader training and communications to support managers in discussing rewards with their teams. ● Manage and advise on impacts from any legislative changes that impact remuneration and benefits ● Lead the ongoing agile review of incentive schemes across the business from a policy perspective to ensure they continue to align to remuneration policy and philosophy ● Active involvement in relevant performance calibration processes across the business. ● Design and implementation of compensation framework banding and robust job evaluation methodology across Lendi Group ● Execute salary matching for new roles as required using Lendi Group’s Salary Surveys (FIRG and AON Hewitt) and ensure Lendi Group meets our Salary Survey participant obligations, including submission of survey data and attendance at relevant events ● Create and analyse job description evaluations and classifications ● Conduct salary and labour market research to define benchmarks Subject matter expert for remuneration and benefits ● Support the design and development of an People Reporting /dashboard as a valuable business tool for People Leaders, Executive and Board members

Ideal candidate profile

● Demonstrated experience as a remuneration and benefits specialist, ideally within the technology, banking, finance or related industry ● Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related disciplines ● Deep understanding of remuneration and benefits best practice and regulatory requirements within the financial and insurance sector ● Demonstrated experience and/or qualified in job evaluation and remuneration surveys ● Ability to explain remuneration concepts to all levels including Senior Leaders ;and present complex data in a simple and engaging manner ● Ability to produce high quality reports which contain quantitative and qualitative data analysis and associated recommendations ● Expertise with data, ability to synthesise and critically analyse complex and large data/information ● Ability to think locally, globally and strategically while being hand-on to effectively translate data into actionable insights ● Working experience with HRIS including analytics and reporting tools ● Strong Excel, reporting and analysis skills ● Ability to work well under pressure and organise priorities to meet deadlines ● Demonstrated experience working successfully in an agile environment ● Previous experience with change, ideally mergers and acquisitions What’s in it for you? ● Total flexibility on remote working: we’ve embraced a 'Flex First' policy for over 12 months and it's now part of our DNA ● Regular social activities & events, both in-person and online ● An extra week’s annual leave after three years’ service ● A vibrant, relaxed, yet professional culture ● A multitude of development opportunities available: we love what we do, take our people on the journey & talk careers above jobs.
