What you'll do
Manage the internal communications strategy for RANSW
Support key organisational change initiatives through effective communication plans across multiple touchpoints
Manage an internal communications content calendar
Create awareness and engagement for employee events, People, Culture & Learning initiatives such as Staff Engagement Surveys, and educate on notable developments from across various parts of the organisation
Assist with the co-ordination of events/activities related to days of community and cultural significance
Provide analysis on key metrics, identify trends and use data to create reports demonstrating the effectiveness of the channel
Details
Permanent, flexible role, 3 days per week
Based at Macquarie Park, with flexibility (location and start/finish times)
Approx $75,000 - $80,000 base salary + super + salary packaging benefits (pro-rata for the days worked)
What you'll bring
Demonstrated experience in internal communications with a strategic and creative eye
An ability to conceptualise and execute content management strategies, project deliverables, and business plan objectives
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
An ability to lead opportunities for organisational change and cultural development through effective communication strategies
Demonstrated experience as the communications lead for large scale change management projects is desirable
High competence in utilising digital platforms
